We believe that everyone can and must do yoga! So we have different levels and types of classes that cater to all; men and women, children and the elderly. We have private classes too for individuals and small groups. Our classes are an hour each.



Basic Level Classes:
For those who are new to yoga or those who are coming back to the practice after a break, this is the class for you!

Intermediate Level Classes:
These classes are for regular practitioners who have attended basic classes regularly for at-least three months and are committed to taking their practice to the next level both physically, emotionally and philosophically.







Our very popular kids classes are active, challenging and loads of fun! The smiles on their faces say it all. Deep backbends, kicking-up into handstands, strong arm balances, hanging upside-down on the ropes, the kids do it all!

Every class includes pranayama (breathing exercises)  as well as a philosophy section at the end of the class where verses of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras are chanted and discussed.

Our kids also perform every year at the Mat & Beyond Yoga Studio “International Yoga Day Charity Event” as well as Guru Purnima.

Private Classes

They are designed specifically in accordance to the need of the individual, depending on the unique challenge faced; mental (anxiety, depression etc) or physical (back pain, inability to sit or stand) etc, pregnancy.
